I am in my 80’s and don’t know much about insurance. Sonya was reviewing my account and discovered that I had been paying for 2 policies on the same property for 2 years. She did some investigation and found out the 2nd policy was issued from another company that my Mortgage Company had attained for me. Sonya was able to cancel that policy and get a refund for the 2 years of premium I had paid. I can’t thank her and Remland Insurance enough for their diligence in service to me.
